The fee covers the jury process, platform and hosting costs, certificates, visibility and promotion, as well as the prize pool and the cost of physical trophies.

25 categories from each of the 4 zones across India will have 300 awardees (winners and runner-ups). National winners will be selected from the zonal winners. The national winners and runner-ups will be coronated as NXT 100 Laureates. The 25 national winners will receive a physical "n" trophy and ₹12,50,000 cash pool.
